Cancellations

Cancellations or reservation changes made at least 24 hours in advance allows our team the opportunity to accommodate other guests and will be greatly appreciated. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee. No-show reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service appointment.

Arrival

Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation. This will allow you time to unwind, enjoy a beverage and preview a possible new look in our various fashion magazines.

Late Arrivals

To ensure the promptness of all reservations we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any reservation that is 15 minutes late or later to another convenient time. Any arrival that is 15 minutes or later can be considered a late notice cancellation and will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee. We will always do our best to accommodate our guests however, we can only do what we can with the time available.

Gratuities

For your convenience Neon Blond Parlour accepts gratuities from cash or they can be placed on your credit/debit card for your technician.

Children

  At Neon Blonde Parlour we always strive to bring our guest a positive and relaxing atmosphere. You can sip on a mimosa and take a breather or catch your stylist up on all the gossip! Either way, we want it to be a rejuvenating experience with good vibes. With that being said, we kindly ask that you make arrangements for childcare during your appointment. Most of us are mamas ourselves and as much as we all love kids, we feel that having them at the salon takes away from the experience for our other clients. We also have a variety of hazardous materials around the salon such as harsh chemicals, sharp objects, breakable items, and expensive equipment. While we make your hair beautiful, we cannot be responsible for children left unattended. We do have some clients with extremely well-behaved children; however, we cannot base our policies off of the exceptions. We do offer our services to women of all ages, therefore, any children receiving services are permitted to be in the salon with parental supervision. We love and appreciate all of our clients, even the little ones; We hope you understand! 

Redo

Neon Blonde Parlour stands firmly behind all of its salon services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Tweaks and adjustments will be honored for one week of the date of service.

Payment

Neon Blonde Parlour accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash for payment of services and products. We do not accept checks of any form for payment.

Returns/Refunds

Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.

Neon Blonde Parlour proudly stands behind all of its products. Should you find dissatisfaction with any of the products purchased at Neon Blonde Parlour, we will gladly apply the full value of the returned product to another product of your choice. All returns must be done within 30 days of the original purchase date and in the original condition. Any open or used products will not be eligible for a return.

All Sales of hair brushes, combs, hair accessories (clips, hair bands, etc.) and extensions/wigs are final. No returns and no exchanges.

Tools (blow dryers, flat irons, etc.) may be returned within 30 days of purchase, providing they are in their original packaging, for exchange only.

Color Formulas

All hair color formulas are the intellectual property of Neon Blonde Parlour.

Termination/access restrictions

Neon Blonde Parlour reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Texas in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Neon Blonde Parlour as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. Neon Blonde Parlour's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Neon Blonde Parlour's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by Neon Blonde Parlour with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Neon Blonde Parlour with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Neon Blonde Parlour with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent an d subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.

Neon Blonde Parlour reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which Products, Services & www.neonblondeparlour.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Neon Blonde Parlour encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
